 Pinewood Cottages are located on the North shore of Shawano Lake which covers 6100 acres and is 7 miles long by 4 miles wide at its widest part with a maximum depth of 40 feet.  Pinewood’s five cottages are situated on the middle of the North shore on a sandbar which extends 500 feet out from the shoreline.  The water depth is approximately 2 ½ - 3 feet except in front of the 130’ pier which is about 4 ½ feet.  This provides excellent water fun and swimming for the entire family and some good fishing right off the pier.  

All five cottages are heated, carpeted and are equipped with stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishes, flatware, toasters, television sets, and showers.  Blankets and pillows are furnished.  Guests are asked to provide their own linens (sheets, pillow cases, kitchen and bath towels) as well as soap and paper products.  Each cottage has its own picnic table, Weber grill and 14’ aluminum boat with oars.  Cottages No. 1 and No. 3 have screened porches.  All cottages and the main home have access to wi-fi.

Our Main Vacation House has a beautiful view of the lake, 1 bedroom on the first level with a full bath and 4 bedrooms on the second level, with a full bath and sleeps 10.
