Additional persons above the minimum specified for each cottage will be charged $10.00 per day, or $50.00 per week. Additional persons must obtain permission in advance. Daily visitors are charged $5.00 per day.
Daily Rates (May, Sept. & Oct.)
Open May 1 thru October 15 annually. In season rates apply Memorial Day thru Labor Day Weekends and Special Event Weekends. Minimum rental – 2 nights/3 nights Holiday weekends.

A $100.00 deposit for each cottage is required to hold a reservation with the balance to be paid upon arrival. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and conclude the following Saturday before 10:00 a.m.* All prices are subject to 5.5% State tax and 4.5% local taxes.
Deposits can only be refunded (less expenses) when a cottage is again reserved and a new deposit is received.
Motor Rental: outboard motor is available for rent $20.00 per day or $120.00 per week.
Pets conditional with prior approval - $75.00 fee.
